A Promise For You From Bible Promises:
Topic: Release It To Him [14/01/2017]
There is he that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is he that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. Proverbs 11:24. Read: Jn 6:9-13.
It’s mysterious and will remain a mystery to a carnal man and insensitive Christians. Isn’t it mysterious for you to give out what you have and at the end of the day have (what you’ve given out) multiplied to you? It is! Going by this popular saying, “You can’t eat your cake and have it”. From the above scripture, God says, you can give what you have and have it multiplied back to you. Generosity increases the generous while the tight fisted depreciate.
For instance, if the widow of Zarephath had held on to the last meal without releasing it to God through the man of God, she and her son would have died of hunger after eating. But she was generous enough to release it and she had it multiplied to her and throughout the famine, her house had something to eat. 1 kgs 17:9-16
Another person that released his little to God and had it multiplied to him was the little boy with two fishes and five loaves of bread. He ended up having twelve baskets full of bread and fishes. Greed will only cause you poverty.
* What do you need to release to God? Give it to Him now and see God catapult you to the next level. Be generous
